- All rates are based on a 12-month lease (prices are subject to change per condo owner).
- Each condominium is individually owned; therefore, contents may vary from condominium to condominium and prices.
Additional fees:
- Administration fee: $100 annual fee for the whole unit and must be paid when applications submitted paid to the order of Riverwatch Tower..
- Additional roommates: Additional $100/month/person above basic occupancy
- Parking pass: Additional $700/year for residents; these sell out fast; we have a limited number; paid to the order of Riverwatch Tower (prices subject to change).
- Non-Resident parking pass: $1400/year; we have a limited number; paid to the order of Riverwatch Tower (prices subject to change).
- Parking Permits must be paid at time of applications due to limited spaces available $700.00 resident and non resident is $1400.00 August 1 2023 to July 31, 2024 prices subject to change yearly
Application process:
- Resident Application/ Co-Signer Application
- If you are a prospective resident that will need a co-signer (make less than 3 times the rental amount), you and your co-signer must both submit your own applications, $50 application fee per application, and copies of Driver’s Licenses or passport.
- Each resident/occupant must submit an individual application and application fee $50.00 paid to the order of Riverwatch Tower.
- If you are an international student, you will need your completed application, a $50 application fee/paid to the order of Riverwatch Tower, a copy of your most recent I-20 Form, and a copy of your Visa.
- Each tenant/roommate must submit an individual application and application fee.
- Security Deposit
- Security deposit is equal to the amount of 1 month's rent, but is not considered a payment for rent this is used for incidentals. This payment is held with the room during the leasing period.
Riverwatch Tower NEVER accepts cash or credit card payments. All payments must be made in the form of a check or money order. Thank you!
