You can’t get any more convenient for having a place to live close to campus. You are within walking distance. Urgent maintenance repairs are taken care of in a timely manner.

We are located at 364 West Lane Avenue, across the street from the French Field House, the Schottenstein Center, and all the action and activities that Ohio State's campus has to offer. Our location is ideal with great conveniences like restaurants, bars, shopping, and night life all within easy walking distance.
